| History behind the star

| JADENE

I began modelling at the age of 16, living and working in New York, Paris, Milan and Japan.

This career pushed me straight into the TV world including presenting C4 Chris Evans 'Don't forget your toothbrush', ITV 'the Lads, pulling power' and 'The car show' to name but a few.

It was around this time I began writing TV shows myself, however, this was stopped short as I squeezed in two children and a marriage to the  footballer Marc Bircham.

It was after my marriage I begun helping Marc with his press and PR, turning him into the most photographed footballer outside the premiership and realising i had another talent.

This is where a new star was born - Star Jam Management

| JON MORRIS

Jon graduated from Leeds University  in 2005 with a BA Hons in Design. During the past three years he has been working as an events manager, co-ordinating sporting events and working with clients such as UEFA, Football Foundation, CIS, UNICEF, Nuts Magazine, Maxpower, Motor Show, Grand Prix and many more.

Jon joined Jam-Management to help the company offer a unique service to a growing element of the PR and marketing universe. Jon said: "Jadene knows the modelling industry better than anyone and  this, combined with my experience in events, will help the company to grow."

Jam recently introduced the "Elite 11" section which will be run by Jadene, allowing her to concentrate on marketing 11 models who Jam believe are ready to be pushed to the next level in order to achieve their full potential.

Jon has responsibility for the "Extra Time" section of the company which will  consist of models who are either new faces, actors, dancers, make-up artists or Footballer DJ's. Any of the Models in this section have the potential to be in the Elite 11 as their profile and popularity grow.  Extra Time is the section where we can advise and work on building the correct image for our models. The composition of the Elite 11 will be reviewed monthly and as soon as someone is ready for the step up, they will be given the opportunity to do so. Jon's role involves bringing in new clients, scouting, interviewing, advising new models, arranging photo-shoots and assignments and generally running Jam on a day-to-day basis.
